Sunset Cruise Hervey Bay
Funset: See More, Do More, Have More Fun!
Our FUNset tour is the ultimate sunset vibe: drinks, good music, good company and picture perfect scenes.
Overview
Funset is a 2hr afternoon adventure ride on our 18 seater RIB ‘Wipeout’, cruising the northern Great Sandy Straits Marine Park before stopping over at a secluded beach for a little bit of fun or relaxation as we watch the sunset across the ocean. Our tours are the perfect blend of tranquillity and exhilaration. The only way to see more, do more and have more fun is to jump onboard with us on this epic adventure of discovery, sightseeing, relaxation, and unique photo opportunities.
Look for our K’gari Salty Safari flag at the bottom of the walkway to the main commercial pontoon where all of the other charter boats leave from. Our vessel is in berth B1 of the Great Sandy Straits Marina on Buccaneer Drive in Urangan, Hervey Bay. Please arrive at 3:15 pm for an approximately 3:30pm departure. We return to the boat harbour approximately 5:30pm.
There is free open aired parking. No secure parking options.
(NOTE: Between the months of May to October, it is encouraged to bring a very warm jacket and/or wind breaker as it can get cold with the wind chill factor while the boat is at speed)

Expect the perfect combo of trill and chill on our FUNset tour.
We start at 3:45pm at Urangan Boat Harbour where you will meet the team to check in and then hop onboard. When you jump onboard, the crew will give you a safety brief and run-down of the afternoon.
Our experienced skippers choose a different beach each afternoon based on the weather to ensure you get to hang-out at the best spot possible! When we arrive at our secluded island location, we’ll crank the tunes and enjoy a few cold sundowners. There will be time to enjoy a swim and have a friendly game of beach cricket, frisbee, or footy before watching the beautiful sunset hues.
